1. Who We Are

Orgaluv is a brand of Siddique & Brothers Exports and Manufacturing Pvt Ltd (CIN: U46301KA2026PTC214600, GSTIN: 29ABSCS5107L1ZN), an Indian agricultural products exporter based in Mulbagal, Kolar, Karnataka 563131, India. We operate the website orgaluv.com (the “Site”).

In this Privacy Policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Siddique & Brothers Exports and Manufacturing Pvt Ltd. “You” refers to you, the visitor or enquiry submitter.

2. What This Website Does

This Site is an informational and enquiry platform. It showcases our agricultural export products (fruits, vegetables, spices, cereals, dry fruits, nuts, and other food commodities) and lets you submit a request for a quotation. The Site does not offer user accounts, does not process payments, and does not sell products directly through the website. All commercial transactions, if any, are conducted separately between you and our sales team.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information you provide directly

When you submit an enquiry through our chat assistant or contact form, we collect:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Country
  • Requirements — the products, quantities, destination, or other details you describe

3.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain technical data through cookies and tracking technologies (see Section 5):

  • Pages visited, time spent, and referring page
  • Approximate geographic region (country-level, derived from IP address)
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Whether you have previously requested a quote (stored as a cookie)

3.3 What we DON’T collect

Because this Site has no accounts and no checkout, we do not collect:

  • Usernames or passwords
  • Payment card or banking details
  • Home or billing addresses (beyond the country you select on the enquiry form)
  • Sensitive personal data such as health, religion, ethnicity, or political opinions
  • Government-issued identity numbers (Aadhaar, PAN, passport, etc.)

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your enquiry — to prepare and send you a quotation and follow up on your requirements.
  • Communicate with you — to answer questions, provide product details, and discuss export logistics.
  • Improve our Site — to understand which products and pages are most viewed and to improve content and usability.
  • Measure marketing effectiveness — to understand how visitors find our Site and which campaigns drive enquiries.
  • Comply with legal obligations — to meet record-keeping requirements under Indian trade and tax law.

4.1 We do not use your data for AI model training

We do not use the information you submit through our enquiry forms to train any artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Your enquiry details are used solely to respond to your request.

4.6 Legal basis for processing (EEA, UK, and Switzerland)

For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we process your personal data on the following legal bases under the GDPR:

  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — when you submit an enquiry form or accept cookies, you consent to the processing described in this policy.
  • Contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b)) — to prepare and send a quotation in response to your enquiry.
  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — to analyse Site traffic, improve our services, and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — to comply with Indian export, tax, and record-keeping requirements.
