The Site is an informational platform that showcases our agricultural export products — including fresh fruits, vegetables, spices, cereals, dry fruits, nuts, seeds, coconut products, and other food commodities — and allows you to submit a request for a quotation. The Site does not sell products directly, does not process payments, and does not facilitate online transactions. Any purchase of goods from us is conducted under a separate contract negotiated between you and our sales team.
You must be at least 18 years old to submit an enquiry through this Site. By submitting an enquiry, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a commercial relationship. If you are submitting an enquiry on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorised to do so.
The Site does not offer user accounts. You are not required to register, create a password, or provide payment information to browse the Site or submit an enquiry. Because there are no accounts, you are responsible for the accuracy of the contact details you provide in your enquiry — if your email or phone number is incorrect, we may not be able to respond to you.

The Site and all its content — including but not limited to the Orgaluv logo, product images, product descriptions, blog articles, page layouts, the “Siddique & Brothers” brand, and the overall look and feel of the Site — are owned by Siddique & Brothers Exports and Manufacturing Pvt Ltd and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view and browse the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent. Product images are hosted on Cloudinary and are provided for reference only; they may not be downloaded or reused without permission.
The Site contains links to third-party websites and services, including social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X), WhatsApp, Google Maps, and Cloudinary-hosted images. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Since the Site does not offer accounts, termination means we may block your IP address or ignore further enquiries from you. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, and governing law sections.
